While I LOVE this bag, I just can't justify spending $50 for a bag I might occasionally use on a random trip occasionally. $25-30? Maybe, but $50-60??
Well, while casually searching for a bag that wasn't fanny-packesque for our upcoming Alaska trip, I found it - ON SALE, nonetheless - but ended up realizing that it wasn't going to end up meeting my needs, as the main compartment is actually intended for a water pack.
I was intrigued by this thought of a "catch-all" bag for our trip (that wasn't actually a water pack) and ended up finding this one instead! It has great reviews, was in my price range, and best of all - I think it'll work perfectly to carry my ever-growing plethera of camera stuff along with water, snacks, smaller camera, phone, sunscreen, lipgloss and other hiking gear for any hiking in Denali or Kenai Fjords National Parks!
