2005
In 2005, we were only in San Diego for a couple days. While in San Diego, we visited Sea World, did a little shopping, and took a few side trips, including a NASCAR race in Fontana, CA and a couple days in Las Vegas.2009
In 2009, we only had a couple days in San Diego, as our trip was pushed back a little when Mark's Grandpa sadly passed away. It fell at the end of a long roadtrip with stops in Nebraska, Colorado and Arizona along the way. We made the best of it, and explored Coronado Island, Silver Strand Beach and Balboa Park, but focused on spending some quality time with Mark's sister, Sarah.2010
In 2010, we decided we could use a little sunshine and needed to escape the crazy that hit before Christmas, so we made our way to San Diego to have a little reunion with Mark's siblings. While on this trip, we spent a good amount of time hanging out with Mark's brother's buddy Dave and his family, but we also had fun experiencing Phil's BBQ (YUM!) and had a fun pool and bowling night on the naval base. We also explored Seaport Village (SO cute!), Point Loma, San Diego Zoo, Fort Rosecrans Cemetery, Cabrillo National Monument, Old Point Loma Lighthouse, the Embarcadero, and Gaslamp Quarter. i.e. we were BUSY!

2017
In 2017, we took our ever-growing family on a little getaway for 5 days before baby #4! We had a jam-packed 5 days there, in which we enjoyed Coronado Island's Silver Strand Beach, Seaport Village, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and SeaWorld.
